Smiths critter Eviction & Home Exclusion

I initially had a positive experience with this company—they came out promptly and removed a few raccoons from my property. However, things quickly turned sour when it came time for exclusion services. I decided not to move forward with their exclusion work after finding a better rate elsewhere and requested a refund for the $250 down payment I had made. Despite the fact that no contract was signed, the company refused to refund the money and simply said we would “call it even.” I found this highly unprofessional. Rather than trying to resolve the issue fairly, they kept the money without doing the exclusion work.
