I almost never leave reviews (too lazy I suppose) but I have to give Smiths a 5- star review. When my gas boiler stopped working late the night before a big snowstorm and a stretch of bitterly cold weather, my plumber recommended I try Smith’s Heating and Cooling (“they won’t kill you on the price” he said). And he was right. Dave Smith was at my house within an hour (late on a Saturday night) and had my boiler running within a half hour. And the price was half of what I was expecting. Great service!

David and his team are amazing. We converted from oil to natural gas (10/25) and Smith’s made the process very easy. The office worked with my energy provider. While it did take some time from our initial consultation to the completed job, Smiths was efficient and clean completing the work. One day for pipe install from outside to inside the home they also provided additional connections for future upgrades. Permits were needed and inspections followed (through the town). One day furnace install and we were ready for the winter months. I highly recommend Smiths heating and cooling, David is a stand up guy and I’m glad he’s part of our community I would not recommend anybody else.

My husband called after working for several hours the fix our thermostat and heat that stopped working after we installed a new thermostat, and the owner Dave, assisted by spending upwards of an hour on the phone with my husband instructing him on a quick fix so my family (especially my 2 year old son) wouldn't be without hear right after the snow we just got today until he and his team could come out to properly fix it in a few days. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE now and I'm sure it will be the same when they actually come out to our home to assist further! We just moved to town and I feel very fortunate to know that Smiths is not only local but but honest, knowledgeable, and overall amazing!

Mario came promptly and got my furnace running again. He also identified and replaced a thermostat that wasn't working and explained some basics about my heating system. I would definitely recommend Smith's for their excellent service.

This company is 100% on point. Willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done properly and on time. This is the kind of dedication I look for in a company I’ve hired for such a big job. They managed to completely switch out my big old oil and tanks and set me up with new natural gas burning furnace that was functional in one day, cleaned up with the old furnace gone. I have other projects coming up and you better believe I’ll be using Smiths Heating again. If you are switching to gas in this neighborhood, do not hesitate to call them! You’ll be happy you did.
