Miss Penny is amazing! The amount of work she was able to do in the time she was here is phenomenal. She thought of things I didn't and also was able to help me get organized in a way that I can keep up on my own. My mother has had some bad experiences with housekeepers in the past and Miss Penny was able to ease her anxiety with the way she respected our home, belongings, and privacy and never seemed to be snooping or judging. She was efficiently effective and thoughtfully thorough. I could go on and on for many paragraphs about all the things that she did just the way I wanted or needed but I will just summarize with this....You need her in your life. Well, that is if you enjoy being stress-free and without worries with a clean and sanitized home at the end of the day. I sure do. Thank y
