Amazing customer service, speed and ease. I came in to inquire about changing a lock on short notice and was so impressed by both the knowledge and the speed of service at Smiths. Not only did they get my locks changed by the following morning but the whole process took about 20 minutes start to finish. They ensured all my locks were working properly and that I had the correct amount of keys. I can’t recommend smiths enough and will absolutely be using them if I ever need locksmith services in the future.

I lost my only motorcycle key and couldn’t recover it while away from home in Martha’s Vineyard, and needed a new key cut fast. Smith’s was able to take the code from my ignition cylinder and instantly match it to a key profile by database. They cut me a set of replacement keys in no time at all and easily saved me hundreds of dollars it would have otherwise taken to tow the bike off of the island and to a mechanic. The keys are quality, the cuts are perfectly exact, and the cost was minimal. Notably, customer service was amazing.
