These guys worked so hard to finish our pool. They were all so nice and cooperative and very communicative. We are so pleased with the results and so thankful for their quick and quality of service! Tina was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to help get this process started and updated, even after store hours. Thank you for your great business!

We closed on a house that was previously a sitting foreclosure, so the pool was in pretty bad shape. The selling agent paid a local pool company to clean the pool up, get the algae out, and get it to where it should be. Moral is this story is… just use Smiths Pool Supply for any and all of your needs. They got the algae out and our levels are perfect! First picture is of what it looked like after the guys down the road “cleaned us up”. The second is after Smiths worked their real charm! Just fantastic folks to work with! I was lucky enough to find this business a little of 3 years ago. We had purchased a home that had an inground pool. This was a new experience for us. I had some other pool places sell me chemicals and chemicals. I was never given any advice about proper pool care. That was until I found Smith's. They have taught me so much over the past 3 years. I now have a better understanding of what I am doing and why I am doing it. The staff is always super friendly and helpful They are always ready to answer any question and find the best solution for your situation. Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I went into Smith’s Pool Store looking for help with a broken pool pump, and it was a total joke. The woman at the counter, who said her name was Tina, was super rude right off the bat, like I was bothering her just by asking questions. And to make it worse, she clearly had no idea what she was talking about. Couldn’t answer anything about the pump or even point me in the right direction. Then this older guy came out from the back and immediately got an attitude with me too. Didn’t even try to listen just jumped in and made the whole thing even more uncomfortable. So, I get to the store at 11:55 AM on Sunday. The store is supposed to open at noon, so me and my child wait in the car (5 minutes, no big deal). But, the store doesn’t open at noon. Nope, no one shows up to open it until 12:15. A 20 minute wait sucked, especially with a 4-year-old; and that would have been bad enough, but it ended up not being just a 20 minute wait. Nope, because while we waited in our car, two other people came to the store AFTER us and waited on the sidewalk for it to open. So, when the store finally opened, they got in first and were then taken care of first. While I got my child out of the car, another person arrived and went into the store.
