Smith's Radiator & Air Conditioning

This experience was incredibly frustrating, although everyone was very kind.Went in for an upper radiator hose, and water pump replacement on my 2018 Dodge charger 392 scat.The service did not meet expectations. Had to call the company back after pick up, because the temperature hand was floating and smelled coolant. They came out examined the situation, assured me it was a defected clamp they used, and need to take it back to the shop. Just to have to return it towed back because the smell of coolant,when driving. To be told now after they used a defected clamp, I need to get the radiator replaced.Unfortunately($1,486.47), I was not satisfied with this experience. There were several issues that were not resolved, and the service fell short of what was promised. I expected better.I’m disap

We are traveling from Grand Rapids, MI to Florida and our truck starting overheating we took to Smiths and he got us right in and fixed the radiator and we were back on the road in a few hours. They were great to work with very professional.

My truck overheated and I took it to smiths and had it checked out. It needed a new water pump and they replaced it and got it back the same day. Great service, friendly staff and a clean shop. If you need ac,cooling system work I highly recommend Smiths.

I made a phone call to get some quotes, and they were transparent about the potential costs. When I went in, I was warmly greeted and they did my diagnostic. After a couple hours, Mr. Roland gave me a call and explained different options that were accommodating to my time and budget. Overall, polite, professional, and punctual! My vehicle was blowing icicles by the afternoon. I trust that my vehicle was in good hands, and I would come back here for future AC work.

Have used Smith radiator for many years. They are an honest and trustworthy business. They have maintained both of our cars and the cars before that. I highly recommend!
