Smith's Sanitary Septic Service

The father serviced my parents house when I was a kid and have memories of digging the lid with the guys. The son my age runs it now, and I still use them! The service hasn't changed, the drivers treat you like a friend every interaction. Honesty and Fairness typically erodes with the younger generations of management. This company beat those odds.

Their customer service is second to none! We had an issue that arose due to weather and they just handled it! Great company for portable restrooms.

Let me start with I am not on a septic and I am not a customer so I cannot speak to the service they provide, but..... we live down the road from smiths and my son has to be out at the buttcrack of dawn to wait for the bus. Every morning 4-5 of their trucks pass my house as we are waiting. My son stands there pumping his arm for them to toot the air horn. Every single one of them refuses to let him down. They make his day every morning. He rushes out early just so he doesn't miss them. Sorry to all my neighbors. So just wanted to say thank you to your guys for making my kid smile every day!

Had one of their technicians out to pump our system about a year and an half ago. Everything was working fine. By the time the technician was done apparently we needed a new pump. (Funny how that happened) At that time the house and system were only 5 years old. Fast forward to today. Had a great company come out and pump my tanks and they let me know the last technician tripped my circuit breaker to make it look like pump was out. It’s an aqua flow system so it has a 25 amp circuit…. It was not tripped but the 30amp in my breaker was….. funny how that happened…. Pump and system working perfectly again!!! Just saved over $700 for a problem I feel their technician tried to create. I will be not be using Smiths again and will be using this new company for all my septic services as I d

I had a septic tank replaced today. I must say that these people know what they are doing!!! The guy who communicated with me the most gave me perfect details on what's going on. Even when there's an issue that was unexpected. I had huge rock under the old tank. I saw it myself. I am mechanical incline and I am able to tell if someone is trying pull a fast one. He told me that it may lead into a delay. But he made it quite clear that he wants to avoid the alternatives. They were able solve this problem and was able to still finish the job within the same day! I really wished I got all of their names of the guys who worked on my tank.
