The 5 star review is from an employee of Smith's septic tanks. Check out the photos. This company sent a man out to diagnose why an alarm was sounding on our aerobic system. The technician told us we needed to replace the compressor. We were charged 150 dollars for this diagnosis. We ordered the 450 compressor online and replaced it. This wasn't the problem. My issue with this company is we called them to ask them to come back out and correctly diagnose the issue... and they refuse to do so without charging us again. I'm out 600 and it's looking like the problem was a 15 dollar sensor to begin with. I do not think I'll be able to risk anymore money with this company. UPDATE: The problem was a broken pvc elbow. This issue could have been resolved for 50 cents. Because of Smith's septic
