SML Heating and Air was fantastic to work with. When my A/C went down due to a defective control board on the heat pump, they made room for me the same day and got everything diagnosed quickly. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, taking the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done. It’s hard to find companies that combine great service with real expertise, but they absolutely delivered. Because of this experience, I’m signing up for their maintenance plan so they can keep our systems running smoothly going forward. Highly recommend!

Called to schedule an appt when the Heat pump on my 20 yr old system stopped working, ended up with same day service. Johnathan came and fixed the problem and checked over the entire system without trying sell me an upgrade. A week later the unit failed again, we requested a quote for upgrading entire system, everything new installed less than a week later. Very happy with the service, great team. Would recommend!

Had a great experience with S.M.L. Heating and Air. In less than a week they fixed a problem that started in mid December which two other companies attempted to fix but failed. Christian and Jonathan did an excellent job and are very nice young men. If I could give them ten stars I would!
