I have used Smooth Air LLC for over 10 years. They have always been very responsive and fair priced. I have used them for new HVAC system installs as well as service calls. They are excellent!
Public Storage, on Goshen Road, believed they had a problem with their heat pump since they were getting only a limited amount of heat. Steve Decker diagnosed the problem as the auxiliary heat not working, nothing wrong with the heat pump. He discovered that our recently installed thermostat did not have the batteries in place. Steve installed new batteries, programmed the thermostat for heat pump operation, and we were good to go! A 5 star company.
