Smooth Moves Professional Moving Services

I want to give a HUGE shout out and thanks to the Smooth Moves crew! We scheduled an out-of-state move for my aging parents with Smooth Moves, which included a 4-hr round-trip drive to and from Arkansas. Smooth Moves spent 12+ hours loading and unloading my parents' things. And they had HEAVY things—like a giant safe, file cabinets, huge smoker/grill, in addition to the normal house furniture. The Smooth Moves crew worked hard ALL day without complaining or using foul language (which is important to my parents). They were very courteous and attentive to detail the ENTIRE time. I would use Smooth Moves again and highly recommend them to anyone!

I am so pleased and impressed with the service and personnel of Smooth Moves. I had to change the date of my parent’s move 4 times and Mike, the owner, was so nice and accommodating and always expressed that our needs were his priority as well. The guys that did the moving were equally as polite, kind, personable and accommodating. They worked SO WELL together - they were a TEAM! They were fast yet very careful with everything they moved. We had some remodelers doing some work in the house and they asked if the movers could help them move the old stove out of the kitchen - the Smooth Moves guys all chimed in “sure!”. From start to end I absolutely loved working with smooth moves! They quoted me and it took a bit longer but they didn’t end up charging me more which I appreciated. They were quick a thorough! A tiny piece fell off of my dresser and Aaron quickly returned it to me. Highly recommend!

Aaron and Rich did a great job. Both are friendly, motivated, and above all, very hard workers. They earned every penny. This was the best moving experience I’ve ever had. I never hesitate to leave bad reviews when a Company fails to meet my expectations. I’m happy to give them five stars for such a great experience; especially concerning such a complex task. Hired them to move me in June. They did show up on time but during the move they tore up 2 of my couches. They were good about filing a claim but I’ve been waiting months for somebody to come even look at it. I keep getting told they are going to come out and look at it and nobody ever shows. It’s been a dog and pony show and it’s extremely frustrating. I would not recommend them.
