These guys were historically bad. We build a new house, and our contractor hired them for the plumbing and HVAC. On the plumbing side, we were left with loose fixtures, a garbage disposal that continually leaked, a rough-in that I hooked up 1.5 years post-build only to find that it hadn't been tightened properly, either behind the wall OR at the manabloc. A leak upstairs during build that soaked the drywall below, requiring that to be reinstalled. Tried to tell us that a 40 gallon electric water heater would be good enough for a shower with a head and 4 jets. Claimed that they couldn't install a gas water heater in the basement (despite the fact that another company was able to). They came out a few times to fix things, but it quickly became evident that I could do better myself in m
