I am a small business owner so I prefer not to leave negative reviews for companies, so this is my first. SMR came out to clean my gutters & wash windows. The female tech said she forgot to bring rags to clean the windows and did I have any rags she could use. I told her never mind on the window cleaning. I watched them clean the gutters by sticking a hose in the gutter. 2 weeks later it rained and we discovered the gutters were still clogged. It took 4 weeks of phone calls and 3 appointments that they didn't show up at all with no phone calls, to finally get someone out. They said they would be out between 11-12 and they showed up at 6pm. We’ve used SMR Power Washing & Gutter Cleaning Services before as did many neighbors but the recent displeasure in their quality and lack of commitment of services should be noted. We joined neighbors power-washing & gutters cleaning the same day; however, our downspouts remain full with debris. It was noticed during this past week’s heavy downpour(s) and immediately contacted SMR as their card states “Satisfaction Guaranteed.” V-mails were left going unanswered, yet when we called from a different phone number, SMR answered. We stated full satisfaction with the power-washing & gutter cleaning, but the downspouts remained full; their response was “we have a 2-week warranty.” Well, if it doesn’t rain in 2-weeks, you wouldn’t notice anything; we noticed only after a major downpour when t

The crew did a good job and were very pleasant but they were 90 minutes late which completely screwed up our plans to grill on the back deck. Nobody called to tell us they were going to be late, so we had to call them to find out if they were still coming. Also the process of paying with credit card requires a call to the office. They couldn't understand what we were saying (perhaps the office is a cell phone?) so after several attempts of reading them the card number, we just said fine we'll write a check, which was definitely not our preferred method of payment because we missed out on our travel points. Will not use again.

I just watched your workers ( 1 female actually spraying and 1 male) power wash my neighbors 3 story town home and the only ladder being used was about a 2' ladder. There is no way the 2nd and 3rd stories were properly cleaned. Wouldn't recommend.

I hired SMR to clean my gutters and install gutter guards. They did an excellent job and would recommend them.
