I've had Smucker Mechanical work at my property, as have my family, installing and servicing equipment. The service and care is night and day compared to other providers. Smucker does a fantastic job. I just had Anthony come out to service my system. Extremely thorough, detail-oriented, professional, and kind. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you!

Even competitors tell me that they respect Smucker installation. However, I had a bad repair experience. First, before even a full evaluation, I was told that I would need a whole new geothermal unit (over $8,000 on a 12 year old unit which should last from 20 to 30 years). Upon my expressed surprise, the plan was modified albeit with limited input from me (granted I was driving). Then, whether through lack of tech experience, poor supervision and/or challenged organization, the "money in the job" rose inexplicably and the original diagnosis proved incorrect. I grant that mistakes happen but I still wish that speedy correction had been forthcoming. Perhaps communication was challenged because Nate was very busy. Excellent service, very honest, and competent. We received a quote from another air conditioning company for thousands more than Smucker quoted us. Very happy with their work.
