Smucker’s Masonry is a great company! Very responsive and great to work with.

Don't waste your time. We contacted Ruben as he was recommended by the company that did reconstruction work on our house. We needed a large hole in the brick wall fixed due to removing an very large old AC unit that was built into the brick. He showed up, looked at it and said he would get back to us. He had to contact the brick company to try and get the brick to match. After a few weeks and phone calls to him asking what was going on, we were finally contacted by a brick salesman. He immediately matched the brick. We attempted to contact Ruben again. We left several voice msgs which went unanswered. Left on both phones that he gave us to use. We went and picked up the brick from Glen Gery and had them here for him to do the work. Called several times again and left voice msgs.

Had my chimney refinished in February 2012. I found the J-channel broken where it meet s the chimney the same day they finished the work and notified them immediately. They promised they would take care of it. Here we are almost 2 years later, many many phone calls later. Still not fixed!!!!! Word of advice, DO NOT PAY THEM UNTIL YOU INSPECT THE WORK.

This is a first class company that does excellent work and is very reasonable with pricing. They showed up as promised, worked hard, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Highly recommended.
