We have been customers of Smurl HVAC since 2020 and have had nothing but great experiences with them. Most recently, we added two new ductless units to our home, and once again their team did an outstanding job. The crew is always professional, efficient, and courteous. From installation to routine maintenance, everything is done with care and attention to detail. It’s clear they take pride in their work. Chris is especially great to work with—he takes the time to answer all of our questions and makes sure we understand everything about the system and the process. It’s hard to find companies that consistently deliver great service, but Smurl HVAC absolutely does. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service!

Our steam furnace had a total water jacket failure at 5 am. Monday morning. We contacted Smurls office at 8am. The office got back to me in about 30 mins and set up an appointment with Chris. He arrived by noon, scoped out our situation and gave us an immediate estimate for a full service renewal. He then scheduled our job for Wednesday am. They arrived as scheduled, brought drop cloths to protect our carpets. They completed the project, explained the new furnace controls and options, and did a total clean up. The 5 star rating we're giving them is the least we can do for a first class operation beginning to end!!! It's great to have a gold standard, LOCAL company to count on. Thank you. Rob

My boiler failed after 31 years. The team at Smurl was fantastic. They got it working long enough to order and install a new system in record time. Not only that, but the new system they put in as much more efficient than the old one and works so much better Than the old one ever did! I can’t even begin to remember how many years it’s been since I have been able to just use my heating system without any supplemental heaters! But now I don’t need any supplemental heaters. These guys are absolutely great. The best. And they even got rid of all the old stuff for me!

Christopher and his team are professional, efficient, quick and clean. They fixed one of the zones of our furnace and gave us a very reasonable price for all the parts they replaced and their labor. Highly recommend them .

This HVAC business is the BEST!! Chris and his crew installed a minisplit system in our home today. They were nothing but efficient & professional in performing the work. They protected the floors.... made the extra effort in significantly reducing the runs of conduit along side of house by coming through the basement. Everything sealed, Very neatly done and cleaned up afterwards. He is very knowledgeable when explaining how it all works. Thank you guys!!! Kevin & Donna
