SNAP Parking

I've been a satisfied customer of Snap for years. But today, Snap went above and beyond. We were already in the airport when we realized we had left an important parcel in the car. Three cheers for Normandy, who sent the parcel to us on the next shuttle. (100 🌟 rating!)

We have been utilizing SNAP’s services for over four years. Polite service, friendly, helpful drivers and timely drop off/pickup are what keep us coming back every time. It’s also a relief knowing your car is safe indoors during winter travel. Even when our flight got canceled, they informed us we would only be charged the original rate which we booked for the additional day.

I have been using SNAP for about 8 years every time I travel through EWR. They are quick and efficient and friendly. I recommend them to all my friends and tell them that they need to consider this company. It hasn't been a problem since I don't travel in winter, but knowing that it's an indoor facility is a bonus. Keeps the elements off the car. When I return from a trip, usually tired and just wanting to get home, it's nice to know I have a compny I can count on to get me my car.

I’ve used another valet parking service for many years, but after several issues on my last few trips, I decided to try Snap Parking and I couldn’t be happier. The service was professional, friendly, and smooth from check in to pickup. The facility was clean and well organized, with a clean restroom and a friendly front desk. The clerk easily pulled up my reservation at both check in and pickup and addressed me by name each time, which was a nice touch. For return pickup, they offer an app to track the shuttle, but we didn’t even need it since the van was already waiting at the meeting spot. When we arrived back at the facility, our car was ready at the front desk, and they even helped with our luggage and loading the car. Overall, an excellent experience. I have been using SNAP parking for over 10 years and I have never had a bad experience. Shuttle van is swift to get me to the airport and now on arrival trips they have a real time van locator so you know when your pick up will arrive. My car was waiting for me all warmed up on a cold winter day. Thank you
