Returned from an out of town trip to discover my A/C/Heat wasn't working. Called and left a message before regular opening hours. Received a call back within minutes. Billy took his time and walked me through some trouble shooting steps over the phone. When this didn't work he scheduled me for a service call the same day. Within hours he was at the house, diagnosed the problem, had the parts on this truck and also fixed an additional issue from the builders original install. You won't find a nicer and more responsive person. He knows his trade and provides quality workmanship. The only person I will use for my HVAC needs.

Billy was amazing simply put. Friendly guy, was here within half an hr of when I called him, had the HVAC system fixed within 10 mins of arriving. Had a 3 day old newborn baby that was in a NC August home with no AC and he got it back up and getting us cool again faster than I could’ve hoped. Thanks Billy!

I’ve been having Billy install heat pump HVAC systems for a few years now. Does great work when he says he’s going to do it at a great value. Installing a new system in my home next week. 5 *****

Called him on a Wednesday. He told me Thursday in the afternoon. At about 3PM on Thursday, I texted for an update. He said later. 7:00PM he came. He checked the outside unit and added Freon. Said he will be back Friday. Friday came and went. No text/call. Saturday and Sunday came and went. No text/call. Monday I sent him a text asking when he would be back as the thermostat was rising and no air kicking on. No response. It’s now Tuesday. Absolutely ridiculous service.

Billy helped us out of a sudden "dead in the water" situation with total loss of AC during 90 deg temps. Super responsive and guick diagnosis and repair....a rarity these days. And! he's a super nice guy to boot! Deal in confidence with Blue Marlin👍
