Snell Precision Cooling's team is extremely professional and knowledgeable. They serviced our cooling tower again, and thanks to their recommendations to keep critical parts two years ago, we were up and running in no time.

Very grateful for the Snell Precision Cooling team after a lightning strike in the area caused our AC to operate strange. The AC was randomly not bringing cool air into the house. They probably could have misled me into thinking we needed a new unit (since it is from 2010). They ran a bunch of diagnostics and everything looked good on the tools they were using. They then noticed a very small connection on the Hard Start unit was burnt out (probably from when the lightning struck the area). They replaced the hard start kit and everything is working great. They checked out all the other functions of the AC and said all else was fine. Very timely and communicative about educating on the topic. Thank you guys for your help.

Snell AC is an excellent source for your next AC project, whether it's commercial or residential, which I've used them for both, they have delivered without any issues. They're reliable and have always completed their projects on time. They have quality experienced workers and the owner goes above and beyond to make sure installation goes smoothly.
