The Snell father and son team did a fantastic job of putting up two risers and neatly backfilling the area after doing my septic pump out. They also took time to answer my many questions. They are a trusted family business in our area and I would not call anyone else.

They found our septic, pumped it out and gave us all the pointers we needed. Third generation of Snell family helped us out. Top shelf guys.

We called in the morning and the crew was here within a few hours. With two little kids in the house, going any amount of time without a bathroom, showers and laundry is difficult and luckily, because of Snell’s quick service we didn’t have to go long. We also got several tips on what we can do to prevent this situation in the future. Thank you!

Update: It's been 3 years since our last pump out and nothing has changed with our review. We weren't in any rush and, since they had to dig out the cover, they said it may be a few weeks. No problem. They called today and said that, since they were in Cambridge, would we like our tank pumped out today? It worked for us and they just left. Two of our grandkids were here and they were both fascinated (one 6 yrs old & the other is 15) about what a septic tank is! All questions were answered (including my additional questions of curiosity). We will never use another septic company. Friendly & knowledgeable people.
