Recently moved to the area I signed up for their yearly maintenance program And I didn’t even have to call them to schedule a service. They reached out to me first which I really appreciate that They sent their technician out Craig. He answered all my questions, very professionally and respectfully definitely an asset for this company.

Called and told them exactly what was wrong with my ac they tell me they can fix it they send a guy out I tell the technician that came to “fix” it exactly what’s wrong just like I told the lady on the phone. Comes back in 10 to 20 mins later says hey your right that’s what’s wrong with it we will have to quote and come back next week. So I got charged $125 for them to come tell me what I already knew. Mind you this is 8:30 In the morning it is Friday but why schedule Friday if you don’t wanna work Friday………..and only 1 wire needs replaced. Keep your quote

I would not recommend this company for a number of reasons. First of all terrible customer service unless it's your first time calling. Second they came out three times in one day only to keep replacing fuses, which was not the case. I would expect a professional to pin point the problem not do an easy fix. Two weeks later same problem, however it happens on a holiday, so 2 days in 90 degree weather, only to have a person act annoyed and telling me that the same person needs to come back but isn't there and we will be last on the list the next day. I then contacted someone else to solve the real problem a capacitor which should have been determined the last few times by this company instead replacing fuses to do a quick fix. Can't even begin to tell you how grateful I am at the personal care we received. It would be a real long story but let's just say that they went out and beyond the call to ensure our air conditioner got repaired in timely manner. We had to wait for some parts, but even then they borrowed some parts from our basement unit to fix our upstairs unit to ensure we were comfortable until the final repairs could be made. When the parts came in they even made some adjustments to their busy schedule too make sure my repair was done without conflicting with my work schedule. WOW, great service!!! Many thanks! By the way, they installed our system back in '04. We have only had to call them four times in 17 years but they have been great each and every time.

3/3- To all the wonderful people who love a senior adult or knows a senior adult please read this post. My has an Snell installed ac unit over 15 years old. Snell came out to her home and they assessed that she needed an evaporator coil (with this problem there would be a leak). The cost estimate was $4000 and included parts/labor. She was then told that it would be best to get a new unit. The cost of the new unit would be $8000. She was told prices of units will be going up. I asked her to have my husband take a look. We live in a different state. Getting to the cliff hanger … my husband and cousin came to assess the ac unit and determined she needed a new thermostat ($150), capacitor ($30.00 for the part) and no LEAK was found.
