This Company wasn't capable of shipping their product accurately on Thursday, January 3, 2019. They only shipped me 30 of the 190 seam clamps I had ordered. Without the seam clamps, the system was useless. As a result, the favorable window of good weather we were scheduled to take advantage of passed, which caused me to fail to meet my customer's schedule, and resulted in additional costs I got to choke down. This is a case of moral hazard. They make a mistake, but I am the one who gets to pay for it...not them. Shipping an accurate order should be a core competency for a company like this.
