Snow White Carpet Cleaning

I’ll first say that Snow White Carpet Cleaning has been around for quite some time and came highly recommended back in the day. We have used them in the past with no issues. Hired them to clean two rooms, dining chairs and two area rugs. Did a terrible job. Stains remained on most everything and they damaged a chair and ottoman with black stains in the process. Came back a second time to rectify the situation. Still did not get the black stains off the furniture which they were responsible for! And not only that, asked me if I had "baby powder and baking soda" to help get the stains off the carpet! Why am I supplying cleaning products??!! Why don't you have professional grade cleaning products with you?! After offering to make a third attempt to come back which I refused because they had

1 year ago we had another company to come clean my fathers house and clean the carpet. Their machine back flowed into my father's house, and the smell was awful, mostly in his bedroom, and despite a second cleaning. 1 year later I Called Snow White cleaners to have my father's mattress and carpet cleaned. He has a Beagle that likes to sleep under the bed, and was a bit stinky. SNOW WHITE CLEANERS DID A FANTASTIC JOB! Smell is all gone, even a week later, the room smells great! I will not use anyone else in the future!

Our previous carpet cleaner went out of business recently. Did some checking and Snow White had solid reviews across the board. They did a great job cleaning the carpet and will use them again in the future and recommend them to family & friends.

Did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet. Asked questions and listened. Spend some extra time on a couple of spots. Very friendly and professional. Excellent outcome! Excellent service!
