I had a very frustrating experience with this company and would NOT recommend them. We originally called because we believed our shower pipe was clogged. We had already spoken to another plumbing company that suspected a clog, but we chose this company thinking it would be more affordable. The first plumber they sent out told us it was something else entirely. Instead of trying a basic solution first, he cut a 2-foot hole into our shower wall and removed tile to fix what he thought was the issue. Unfortunately, this did not fix the problem at all and only left us with a major mess and damage to our shower. Four days later, a second plumber came out. Michael came out on a Saturday night when our AC stopped working — in the middle of a hot, humid Florida weekend. Anyone who lives here knows that’s basically an emergency! He responded quickly, arrived when he said he would, and immediately got to work diagnosing the issue. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly so we understood what was going on. Not only did he fix the problem efficiently, but he did it with a great attitude and genuine care. It’s rare to find someone willing to go above and beyond after hours, especially on a weekend. William did a great job in diagnosing the unit. I told him how it reacted after a new fuse was installed. He was able to test the part through two different startups to finalize his diagnoses. Replace the part and now we have heat. We'll groomed and clean. Rick D.

Today Diego and Hunter came out and installed a whole AC unit for me from start to finish. They were professional and polite, cleaned up and hauled away the old parts in a timely manner. I didn’t realize how quickly it could be done. Should have called and had this done a lot sooner especially with how crazy this weather has been lately.

William has come to our home few times to help with heating/air. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and discusses with you the options for your given situation. I am always happy when he is our service representative from Snyder.
