Devon D. handled my electrical inspection, and he was outstanding from start to finish. He showed up cool, calm, and collected, and carried himself with a level of professionalism that immediately put me at ease. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. What I appreciated most was how patient he was with all my questions. Not once did he rush me or make me feel like I was in the way. We had a genuinely great conversation, and his passion for the work really showed honestly, he made the trade look so solid that I caught myself thinking about becoming an electrician too. Austin was great! Knowledgeable, punctual, and very polite. Thank you for your time and expertise. Charles arrived later that night to replace the hot water heater. He and his helper were clean, efficient and got the job done without delay. Both of your employees were very pleasant. Appreciate the great service that we have received from Snyder over the years. I called and they were very responsive — they even offered same-day service, but since we weren’t in the office, they scheduled us for the next day. Jesse came out and was professional, knowledgeable and kind. What we thought was a simple battery change on the exit sign ended up being a replacement, but he handled it and completed everything the same day, which was great since we were on a deadline. Everything is working perfectly and up to code. Highly recommend using this company!

The technician got the job done. Outstanding work and Joshua was extremely professional. My tankless water heater is working like new. My only concern was the price for the entire thing. I won't post the price because the problem was fixed but I do believe there are much cheaper services out there. Aside from the price if you have any issues with your tankless water heater I'm positive they'll know how to fix it.
