Great communication! Called towards the end of the day on a Friday, by Monday I was quoted, by Tuesday the entire project was completed - inspector was called and scheduled on my behalf same day with the township inspector. Project cost was more than fair, then the project didn't take as long as expected and the total cost was lower than originally projected. Glad to have a honest and local professional in this field who I plan to use moving forward. Thanks again Joe!
