Even on Sunday when they are closed Justin was able to help me out and get into my car after i had Locked my keys inside. Amazing service

My keys got locked in my car while it was running....like 30min before they opened. Called Ace hardware about their locksmith service and the gentleman sent the locksmith directly to me to help! Arrived within 15min or less and had my car opened in 5 minutes tops! Fast and friendly.... Highly recommend ☺️

The day after I moved into a new home in a new city, I locked myself out. S&O was there in 15 minutes. Got my door open in minutes. Price was reasonable for a weekend after hours job. Will hire them to replace all six door locks on my new home.

The guy I spoke with stated initially he couldn’t help my dad since he wants to talk to him directly in English, then I said I was translating and he said yes but still he needs to speak to my dad in person - even though my dad has all the documents. Then he agreed and requested all documents to prove that is the owner of the car, then goes we can’t help you because the license expired - like sir I have the unexpired passport and license too which I will send in a minute. I’m just trying to get the photograph out first. Then he said ooh well we don’t have the part or something of that sort - perhaps my memory doesn’t serve me well. I felt as if it’s just one excuse after another, but that’s just how I personally feel about this encounter. I didn’t like the run around, if you felt that way

Went in there and was instantly greeted with a smile, talked with an amazing person about RC cars and had my key cut in seconds, key works awsome. Thanks!😁
