It is so hard to find service providers with integrity anymore, but not So White Carpet Cleaning. I call So White a few times a year to clean my couches and they always do a phenomenal job. Most recently, I asked Chris if he would be able to clean my really dingy shag rug (which I honestly didn't think would come clean). We recently got a dog and also wear shoes in the house so it was looking really gross. He enthusiastically assured me it would be no problem and WOAH it is night and day! And my favorite part, always, is that my house doesn't smell like chemicals when they are done! They use products that get the job done, but safer! Thank you Chris and Lina!

It didn’t take Mike and team long to clean the carpet. The carpet came out shiny and restored color. It was my first time using So White Carpet Cleaning and I’ll use them again and again. Received a few bids to steam clean the common area of my apartment building in North Hollywood. Looked on Google for a company that actually were located in the area with a brick and motar office. Many "free lancers" advertise they are local and use local phone numbers but do not have a place of business. After dealing with a few of the "free lancers", whose prices were outrageous, I contacted SNO White Carpet Cleaners after reading their very positive reviews on Google. The company was close by and established. Met with Chris, the owner who gave me an estimate and subsequently we agreed on a price since I was a new customer and wanted a company for future cleaning. The price is reasonable. The company is very digitally orientated...texts, emails and even calls to confirm a cleaning

What I appreciated the most about the service is not only how great of a job they did , but how I was treated like a family member. From making my appointment to the actual cleaning process, every detail was explained as if this company was personally invested in my satisfaction. I will only use their services for all of my cleaning needs from now on
