He did a great job and was very accommodating to my needs. He was able to service my carpet the very next day as well as add on an upholstery service last minute and complete both in and out in under 2 hours. Now a room that stained and odored in pet urine is back fresh and clean as well as a couch that was in danger of the same setting. We had a couch that needed cleaning. There was 5 years of food, animal, and well used dirt that Fabio said he could address. He worked on it about an hour and showed us the finished product. It looks almost like new. Fabio was extremely pleasant, timely and knowledgeable about his products. I would highly recommend him for upholstery cleaning.
