Hired Soares to do a Title 5 inspection. From the start, they were very communicative about the process and associated costs. Brittany arrived with a coworker (whose name I did not get) and they got right to work. She kept me informed throughout the inspection, particularly when an issue arose due to location of the D box under a portion of the edge of my driveway. She offered a solution and the work continued, albeit with a change in strategy. The inspection was successfully completed that day and they came back to remove the pavement that had to be cut out to access the box. They then spread some loam to fill where the pavement was removed so that now it's hard to tell that anything was even done (nothing some grass seed in the spring won't fix, anyway!). Had a issue with a backed up downstairs toilet this morning. I called when they opened, had us pumped out within the same day no appointment at all that's service my friends! My husband and I are living in our first home, and we’ve never dealt with septic before. From the initial call with Soares, the woman on the other end was so helpful in coordinating our first pumping and giving us information about how often the tank should be pumped given how many people are in the house and how much the services would roughly cost. Hugo was right on time on the early end of our expected window of service. Very courteous and friendly. We are very pleased with the service we received.

My septic was backing up due to being neglected, my fault. They got to me next day, and did an amazing job. The price was great, and can't thank the driver/worker enough. The woman that I spoke with on the phone was very helpful. Can't thank everyone enough. Literally got me out of a crappy situation fast.
