Sobaski Abbey Carpet & Floor

I am not one to write a lot of reviews, so this is a big deal. Sobaski’s sold us and installed a houseful of hardwood, plus tile in 2 bathrooms and a laundry room, plus kitchen backsplash. Kelly’s design advice was invaluable, the whole project was finished in about a month, and the workmanship is beautiful! The entire staff & crew was amazing to work with, and the bang-for-buck was unbeatable. You absolutely cannot go wrong. I’d give them more stars if I could.

I worked with this business and they did a wonderful job on carpeting my upstairs attic! The sales rep I worked with, Lexie, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The work was easy to schedule and completed quickly. I love the carpet they helped me pick out and the squishy sublayer - it made my space much cozier. Thank you!

Editing my previous review. We had flooring installed throughout our entire main floor with tile being installed in our powder room and laundry room in April 2021. We were extremely disappointed when the grout in both of these areas started cracking. Sobaski had someone come view/fix our tile within a few days of contacting them. Four stars since this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Happy it’s done and that it was done quickly.

I cannot emphasize enough how much you should find another company to do your flooring work. While their staff on site were friendly and helpful, the contractor who came out to our house to do the work over several days was a mess. He would arrive and leave at random times with little to no notice, even when the work was behind schedule. The work he did complete (we eventually had to contract with a different company to finish the flooring) was shoddily done, including leaving a large amount of glue/residue over a number of the vinyl planks that we had to have professionally cleaned. This is not to mention the damage he did to the house and yard while he was here due to just sheer negligence. I understand that there are many different employees Sobaski contracts with to do flooring install

Had a very positive experience with these folks and the salespeople are helpful and knowledgeable. Picked out the flooring we wanted, they got it ordered, and it was installed in two weeks. Nice job, as you can see below! The room isn't quite done yet, but you get the idea! We did have some problems getting the transition strip just right; but that was eventually resolved.
