SOEN Hardwood

Our builder highly recommended SOEN for our custom build, and they did not disappoint. Not only are our floors beautiful, Asmir went above and beyond during our build. We placed the order for our hardwoods right before the Covid material shortages took effect. When our order got stuck overseas, Asmir informed us that he had the same wood but unfinished in his warehouse. He graciously offered to do an on-site finish rather than just install the pre-finished wood we had ordered. The team did an amazing job matching the other finishes in the house, and the extra effort kept our build on schedule.

We really did our research and had 4 companies to our home to give us quotes for hardwood flooring. We were pleased with Asmir’s wealth of information and his quote came in right where we hoped it would! He made good suggestions and is an excellent communicator. Our floors were tricky because we had existing hardwood that had turned “honey” in color and we wanted to save that and lace it in with new hardwood throughout. They came in, worked there magic and left us with perfect, gorgeous hardwood flooring. We are over the moon excited and offer many thanks to Nick and his father in law for the floor installation + lace in and Derrick for working his sanding and staining magic to produce showroom worthy flooring.

Asmir and his crews are extremely professional, easy to work with, communicate well and do an amazing job! They listen to what you want, answer questions promptly and explain them clearly. Their quality of workmanship is top notch! They replaced our entire first floor carpet and matched (feathered) into existing hardwoods. It lined up perfectly - you’d never know there was existing wood! Juan was especially patient with us as we tried a few more stains to ensure we picked the right one for us and did a fantastic job. We will definitely have them back to do our upstairs!

They just finished working in our home refinishing our hardwood floors. They were great every step of the process from start to finish. Asmir did an excellent job communicating all steps of the process to refinishing our hardwood floors during his first inspection to provide a free estimate. He was also very quick to respond to all messages. Eric was the one who refinished our floors and he was very professional, respectful, and communicative through out the entire process. Eric took his time to ensure the floors were perfectly finished as if it were his own home. He took the time to fill small holes near the baseboards and put in the extra work to sand under our floorboard heaters.
