From start to finish we had a GREAT experience. Gerard came out to provide an estimate for house wash, roof cleaning of house, gutter cleaning of shop and pressure washing a lot of concrete. Our appointment for the work to be done was set very quickly. Noah and Cody arrived and were super friendly and courteous. But more importantly, cared about our property and did an amazing job. Bonus points that they loved the cookies I baked for them. 🤡 Gerard also came and worked right along with the team. Can’t recommend them enough. Soft Wash Pros got us scheduled pretty quickly, which I really appreciated. They were professional, respectful, and easy to work with the whole time. Communication was easy, and they explained everything clearly. Our roof is definitely a challenge with all the angles, and since it gets less sun and holds more moisture, it tends to get more moss, but they were still able to treat those areas. After the treatment, they followed up and explained that the whitish/brownish moss means it’s dead and will fall off naturally over the next couple of months, which was really helpful to know. They also scheduled a 6-month follow-up and said they’ll re-spray at no cost if any moss is still there. That gave me peace of mind and confidence in choosing them.
