Leeroy, one of his technicians came to the house after working hours to fix an AC problem, but didn’t finish the job and promised he would be back to complete it. I called and texted Leroy for weeks which became months and each time he said he would be back to complete the job, but unfortunately, he never did. By the way, I paid him CASH in full which included a suspect $85 service call charge. I decided to contact the owner, Kurt, to inform him of my dissatisfaction with his technician and the negative effects it could have on his business. He agreed, then said, “I can’t control what my technicians do after working hours.” He offered to come by to check on our AC the next day so I texted him our address. Well, it’s been a month now and we haven’t seen or heard from him. Basically,

Kurt did our thermostat replacement a while back & that was our first experience with the company & it went GREAT. He even helped us diagnose an issue totally outside of the units themselves. Which is why when we experienced unit issues later he was our first call. I can't say enough good things!!! Called him late Saturday, he said he'd come in the morning Sunday (on his day off). He found the problem with my AC, fixed it right away. Very friendly and professional. So thankful my friend recommended him. Will gladly call him again in the future!

Kurt and his team came out to our house, diagnosed the problems with our 15 year old A/C unit and fixed it the same day. I just can’t say enough great things about these guys and the fact is that they were the only A/C company that could figure out the problem with our system. Highly recommended!
