My daughter has been fencing saber with Coach Aaron and Coach Adrian since she was 9 years old. Not only does she love the sport, but she also loves her coaches. They are passionate about fencing, truly care about their students, and work to develop not only top fencers but also great individuals within the community. At every level, they understand each athlete and work with them to reach their goals. I didn’t believe that fencing could help an athlete gain admission to top colleges, but nine years later, I am a believer! Fencing has given my daughter the extra edge to be recruited to the NCAA at Wellesley College, and her fencing friends have been recruited to UCSD, Duke, and UNC Chapel Hill, just to name a few. Coach Aaron is truly one of a kind. Fencing isn’t just his job — it’s his life and passion, and it shows in everything he does.
