Ty is incredible. He told me he would take a look at my roof after the big wind storms we just had to make sure I didn’t have any damage. He quickly came out and told me no repairs were needed. You won’t find anyone more honest, and with the quality of pictures and paperwork they provided you can tell this company pays attention to detail. I’ll be contacting them in the future and can’t recommend them enough!

They did a great job and the price was fair (and on the lower end of the estimates). Worked quickly and cleaned up great. Happy with the new roof. Thought the drone pics were kind of cool too (and useful).

Holy smokes these guys have blown me away. I had a quote come in to repair my roof that seemed a little high and got a second opinion from Sol Vista and their quote was much more fair and affordable. I was very impressed with Sol Vista Roofing, especially while working with Ty. Im a real estate agent in the Longmont area and I was concerned about possible damage to my roof from the last wind storm, so Ty came out and quickly inspected it same day.
