We are so grateful for the work of the whole Solari team. Brandon did an amazing job listening to our vision and helping us come up with a plan. He was flexible when we wanted to make tweaks and transparent about timing and pricing. His team was professional, kind, and did an incredible job bringing to life our backyard transformation. This post is about Solari Property Care and Excavation (Solaripce) of Arundal, ME. We needed fence posts put in for the paddock. Neighbor had auger but too big for our tractor. He said someone he knew could help us and treat us right. We believed him as the neighbor treated us right when he delivered 3 cord of wood to us. We wanted 12 posts down 4 feet (7 6"x6"x8' and 5 4"x4"x8'). The post locations were marked. They arrived at a little after 1030 am and were gone before 2pm, so 3.5 hours roughly. Some posts in correctly. I met with Brandon twice and was available to the 2 men working. I was told they would be able to do the work requested. Price was set per hour. 2 6x6x8 and 1 4x4x8 are only 2 feet down. 3 6x6x8 and 2 4x4x8 are 3 feet down. So only 5 put at right depth or

Brandon (owner) and Cathy were very responsive to my many questions about the job ahead of time. A large area of my property was covered in 'conservation mulch' and the crew was on time and did a great job. I highly recommend Solari Property Care & Excavation.

We have had Brandon and his crew do work for us on several occasions over the last several years. Roof shoveling,clearing snow, cutting trees, stump removal, planting grass,clearing gutters and clearing large areas of sumac, berry bushes and more. Always pleased with service, pricing and honesty. Always adds extras that will help the customer. Not long ago they removed a fallen tree and cleared the brush that had grown in over the last winter season. Would not hesitate to hire again

I contacted the office for snow plowing late in the season. No problem. I was provided with the company's policies, procedures, and costs in clear terms. The company provided an area on the contract for comments and special instructions. I found that so helpful. Solari requires up-front money (a retainer) at sign up as do many of the reliable, local, snow plowing contractors. Solari's per plow cost and retainer are fair and reasonable. One neighbor mentioned that he had to pay so much up-front to another contractor that he worried that he would not get his money's worth. The company's crew did an excellent job and miraculously each time I had to leave or return home during a storm my driveway had been cleared.
