Solaris's Parking Garage

I had a good experience with Solaris. The attendants were nice & professional. They work long hours, so it makes sense that they deal with lots of different people. I gave tips as a thanks for the valet parking and easy requesting of my vehicle. Just make sure you confirm that the timer has start so you can promptly pay and request for your car. Just be friendly, don't be rude, and be on your way. If you come super late to the garage, don't expect people to be there. French quarter is very busy & there's a lot of locals/tourists. Will use this again if I stay near the French quarter!

Awful they drive your car like it's the indie 500. My tires should not be screeching on the way down the ramp. I have yellow pain and scratches on my bumper not to mention that someone used twisty tie and and zip tie to reconnect my front bumper. My car had no damage before. 😒 who do I talk to about the damage bc this is completely not ok.

A little pricy and not many spots but for a convenient valet? Would absolutely use again and again! Everyone was very nice and helpful when I had questions too : )

Terrible. Unfortunately there is no option for 0 stars. The signage is confusing. We didn't know if we were supposed to park and have someone drive our car into the garage or drive up ourselves. When no one came to the window we began driving up ourselves as there were 3 or 4 people sitting down in the office on their phones. After we made it up a few 100 feet we heard yelling and were told to back up. After we parked I asked the price and was met with nothing but rudeness. Employees are lazy and could care less. They'll get their money regardless. Wouldn't recommend.

I contracted with Hotel Monteleone for monthly parking in 2022 and they directed me to the Solaris Garage. At some point in 2024, Metropolis took over the operations of the garage. My vehicle kept alerting me, in the middle of the night, through the Mercedes app that my doors were being unlocked and auxiliary power was on in the vehicle. It was clear the parking attendants were entering vehicles overnight. I emailed the contact at Hotel Monteleone and he advised me that he would have the new manager of the garage contact me. A short time later, he called and we discussed my concerns. He assured me that everything was fine and he monitors his employees via camera. The conversation was very cordial and I agreed to continue my parking relationship with Solaris. Fast forward to today, I arriv
