Where do I start…. I have two properties that I pay for to be sprayed by this company. I am a first time homeowner. I went with this company because my parents have had wonderful service provided to them. It seems as though if you are a newcomer to the business you aren’t really taken care of like people that have had business with them for years. I pay more money for my townhome a smaller living space than I do a house. The billing for the two different properties has been a mess since I started with the business over two years ago. The only tech I liked was Zack and he has left the company. I have had several rude interactions with Robert the scheduler. I scheduled a service for this afternoon the tech couldn’t find the building, I was then called and asked if I lived in a different area

We have previously used Soles with great success. We thought we heard a rat in the attic this past week and so called them again. Jacob searched throughout the attic and found no evidence of anything, and there was no charge! We appreciate that we can call them whenever needed and they will take care of the problem if there is one, but they won’t take our money if services are not needed.

Everyone at Soles is great! Rob does a great job scheduling and running the business with care, kindness and efficiency. I've had the pleasure of several different technicians, out for service at my home at different times. All are professional, willing to answer questions and offer helpful information. They're also extremely well versed at calming the nerves, of those like myself, who have a deep aversion to household interior and exterior pests. I had an experience one time, where after a treatment in my home, while moving my things back to their proper places, a gecko skirted out inside my kitchen. I was able to contact Jacob, the tech who had been treating my home. Jacob was awesome, he returned to my home to remove the gecko from the kitchen and place it alive and well back outdoor

I purchased a condo w thousands of German roaches expecting a nightmare! This job was huge I mean a pest control wet dream! They were awesome affordable and on it every other day extremely professional got it done! I could not of asked for a better crew! I would t consider calling another company they went above and beyond! Amazing company
