Frank did not stop until he was confident he found the root cause of the leak. Frank is very detailed oriented and thorough which is rare among contractors. He responded quickly to my questions which were numerous. I can't say enough about his responsiveness. His crew showed up on time every day and worked very hard through this brutal Houston heat.
