I spoke to Ben in 2022 for windows 2nd floor, our house was poured concrete not brick..I liked him off the start. He would be about a year out. I was good with that. My husband wanted to go with someone sooner. We hired another contractor. He was to seal the concrete house, fix the window caulking, fix cracked drive. And put 2nd floor windows in. The drive cracked in about 4 months and didn't do the window. After 2 more contractors cancelled. I told my husband we are calling Solid Rock no matter how long it took. Best decision my husband made is to agree with me. Windows are beautiful, the two we had putting it in were great. It took longer because of the thickness and rebar in concrete. But Ben made it reasonable... Best decision ever to hire Solid Rock.

Extremely responsible and reliable company. Our real estate management company had them tuckpoint and repair our masonry commercial building in Fall 2015. Solid Rock's staff were respectful of our property, completed the job in a professional manner -- and completed some additional items we requested during their time here -- and cleaned up after themselves. They even solved issues they found during the project. I have hired them to do additional work for us -- and I would recommend them to anyone needing masonry services.
