Solid Roofing

Solid Roofing put new roofs on three of my neighbor’s homes. I unfortunately chose another company. I had nothing but problems with my choice and my neighbors had zero issues with Solid Roofing. When my choice couldn’t stop my new roof from leaking I called Solid Roofing. John came over and inspected my roof and quoted a fair price. Within days he sent his crew over to do the repairs. They were timely and after making the repairs they cleaned up after themselves where you couldn’t tell anyone had been here. I highly recommend Solid Roofing.

I called Solid Roofing based on the reviews I found online and the fact that it was a local business. John impressed us with his prompt responses to our calls and with showing up (or someone from his crew showing up) every time he said someone would be here. The one time the plan was changed, John called in advance and delayed a roof inspection due to rain. John was knowledgeable about the (defective) shingle that was originally installed on our house and realized, upon inspection, that we had a legitimate insurance claim (we were not seeking this out or responding to someone soliciting for roofing services.) He communicated with our insurance company and recognized items that were missing/unaccounted for in the itemized estimate for our claim, for which our insurance company made adjustme

Solid Roofing just put a new roof on our house. They are an excellent company and I would recomend them to anybody needing a new roof. They are reasonably priced. John is great to work with and the installation crew did a great job. They arrived at our home at 6:15 am and worked all day in 100 degree heat. They came back the next morning and finished up. They picked up all the trash when they were done. Our house now has a beautiful new roof.

My husband and I recommend Solid Roofing. They are professional and reliable. The whole process of getting the roof done was easy and we had our roof installed in one day. Mark, the roof inspector/rep was easy to work with and was always available to answer any questions we had. We didn't have any problems at all. I met the owner John a couple times, he's very nice!

I recently had to have my roof repaired due to storm and wind damage. Andrew from Solid Roofing took the time to explain in lots of detail what had been found from his inspection, and what the steps were that were needed in the days to come. He worked with the insurance company, communicated with us all constantly and was so easy to work with it made the entire process as stress-free as possible. The crew that did the work got done quickly, and did a great job. I really appreciate their attention to detail and things like their cleanup efforts when leaving the site, as well as the care they took in tenting off my plants that were near the house, so as to prevent damage. Overall I am very happy with Solid Roofing. Please consider them if you need roof work done - they do great work!
