Solid Source Countertops (Factory Direct)

I had a great experience with Solid Source. I am pretty picky and worked with Brian, JR and Christian though the process of choosing and installing our granite countertops. They answered many questions with patience as I made multiple calls and visited the shop more than a few times! They were all a pleasure to work with as I made changes and discussed ideas with them. We had issues with the granite provider sending cracked granite slabs and then sent the wrong slabs at one point. These guys worked with me and the provider to insure we had the granite slabs I picked. Their experience and patience showed as the tops fit perfectly and look great. Great experience! Brian helped us find the perfect tops for our home and kept us updated through the process. He also provided tips and advice to make the project turn out to be exactly what we were looking for. He gave us ways to save money and cut costs. His final price was the best around and I am thankful that he is a local company that will back and support his work in the future. I was very impressed with the work on my countertops, I was waiting a long time to replace them and Brian and Christian made it easy for me. I really appreciate your patience as it took me a while to decide on the stone and allowing me to participate in the stone cutting design was the icing on the cake. And then I keep changing my mind about the color and shape of the sink and they were very patient with me lol! They did a great job with communication and installation and as you can see to my delight, the continuation of the grain to the backsplash was done perfectly, something I wasn't expecting as a patterned stone is very difficult to match. Solid Source gave me my dream kitchen! I went dark instead of light. Brian was very patient with me on the 3 visits it took for me to make up my mind on countertops and sinks. He gave me ideas and a fair deal! Craig and Christian did an awesome job on installation. They measured, scheduled and installed quickly. Brian provides a personal, individualized consultation. He was timely when coming to the house to measure, and was able to install quicker than local competitors. I did not think I cared so much about the details of the countertops I chose but his showroom and patient, informative interactions helped me to understand how much it did matter to me. I found the perfect countertops that I fell in love with. He worked with us to make sure we were happy with cost. After installation, there was an issue with our island. We reached out to Brian and he took only an approach of making it right. He fixed the problem and then some!
