I spoke to Michael when he came out to do measurements on the porch. He was very eager to help make this ramp/deck possible. The next day, Jesse came and began working on it with his ideas of what we needed. Over the the next 3 days, we watched the construction come together into a beautiful deck/ramp for my disabled son, Adam. They did an outstanding job with the design and worked dillegently to get it finished while we had warmer weather. Thank you all so much for doing this. Jesse and everyone from Solid Value were amazing from start to finish! The original deck's wood was rotting and was in great need of refurbishment. This new composite deck is absolutely beautiful! They also added the railing along the sides and fixed the concrete step that was broken on my sidewalk. I will definitely be using these guys again! We used Solid Value for a recent roof replacement on our historic home. We worked with Michael for the quote--he showed up the same day we called and was excellent to answer our questions and our concerns. We worked with Traci during the actual work, which took 5 days due to age, size, and steepness of our roof. She was very responsive, knowledgeable, understanding of our concerns, and very patient with our questions. The roofing crew worked solid 12+ hour days and did a really great job. I would definitely recommend Solid Value to others!
