We had a great experience with Ryan! The day before Thanksgiving our underground water line burst leaving us without water. We called Ryan and he responded right away, excavated our yard, and uncovered the broken line. He was a pleasure to work with, professional , knowledgeable , and reasonably priced. I would recommend him and use him and his team again. My husband and I remarked that "it was like he was never here". He left the yard so clean!

I came across Ryan's posting on Facebook and decided to research out to Solitro Property Solutions. Everything I found was positive so I decided to inquire about getting my driveway done with asphalt millings. He was very responsive and answered all my questions. He came out within a few days to survey and give me a quote. We agreed upon a price and he was out within a few weeks to do the job. Ryan showed up with his crew and the work was done professionally and quickly. We were very pleased with the end result. He pitched the driveway perfect to my drainage which means no more water in my garage and my sidewalk. Shortly after, we had heavy rains and a portion of the driveway had washed away. Ryan responded quickly to our request for a job estimate to remove and fill in our fish pond. His estimate was reasonable and he had some nice ideas for the future use of this space. He sent us some nice pictures of other projects he's completed to help us plan ahead. The job was completed on time and as promised. We will certainly give him a call once we make a final decision about what we want to do with this space...maybe a nice fire pit with seating or a stone fireplace/pizza oven. If I could give Ryan and his team 10 stars, I would! He was a complete professional, gentleman and super communicative. He answered every phone call, text and question we had. He knew the job we needed was very time sensitive and he came through and then some! His prices were extremely fair and his quality of work is superb!!!! We absolutely love our new patio and walkway!
