The car chargers never work. They accept mobile payment, then get stuck on a "charging will start soon" message. This happens over and over. I've waited hours, just in case. Still no dice.
My car was broke in and then stolen. I am monthly parker. But lately they trying to improve. Will see.
Car was broken into despite the fact that the lot is advertised as being attended, needing a code to get in, and having to pay for parking to be able to access the parking garage. I was visiting from out of town on 6/8. Have been trying to get into contact with SoMa parking garage, and ProPark to no success. For anyone visiting out of town with non-California license plate, do not use this location as it is not as secure as it would seem.
