Parking is fairly easy to access using the call boxes—there are no checks; they simply let you in. Not very safe!! It also took three months after I requested parking access before I finally received a QR code via email. During that time, I had to rely on the call box to get in. ***Additionally, they will charge you for an extra month after you cancel.

Straight up scam. Will charge you for a full month AFTER you cancel, no matter when you cancel. Charge hundred of dollars for no protection of your vehicle whatsoever. Cars are constantly broken into and looted, and motorcycles have had seats and other parts stolen right off them. Cannot advise against them enough. AVOID IF YOU CAN.

Homeless man lives here full time. Hide your things unless you want stuff broken into, do not support this company until issues that plague the garage are addressed. The company, Impark, has done nothing to address and provide a safe environment for parking tenants.

Garage has constant theft and management does not care, does not help, and waves you away. I'm talking: - Windows broken in and items stolen - Wheels taken off and car left on cinder blocks - WHOLE CARS STOLEN This is the only review you need to read: don't live here.

I was stuck in the garage for an hour and half because the machine could not read my credit card when paying to leave. There is no alternate way to pay. I had to make several phone calls before someone came to help.
