Somar Pools, like a SUPER-HERO, saved the day AND my pool…let me explain! I was a customer with an alleged “pool cleaning business” that through the years, slowly destroyed my pool’s finish AND gas heater! This was done (unknowingly to us) by “eye-balling” AND inaccurately pouring chlorine and other chemicals into our pool for years. This unprofessional and apathetic treatment of the pool water came to a point when the water chemistry was so out of balance ALL the suspended metals, minerals, etc become solid (like black planting soil) and sank to the bottom where it stained and etched the pool’s finish….literally over night! This is the second time we’ve had Somar fix an issue with our pool and both times were great experiences. This most recent time we had a leak caused by another company. Somar was super responsive, got us on their schedule quickly, were very professional, kept us updated on project status and completed the fix in a timely manner. Also did not try to upcharge us or change the estimate. Highly recommend Somar. Hopefully we won’t have any more pool issues anytime soon, but if we do we will call Somar!

Jason always goes the extra mile to make sure my pool is sparkling clean. His pride drives him to deliver exceptional service. He is very conscientious and professional, both rare traits. I rarely recommend organizations, the exception would be Somar Pools.
