Amazing!! SOMAT completely renovated our home from Rough-In's to Finish. They did an outstanding job and exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend SOMAT to anyone. I was a custom home builder for 20 years, so I know good workmanship when I see it and SOMAT's work is outstanding. Renzo was easy to work with, reliable, honest, trust worthy and fair. He would come up with solutions whenever there was a problem and was very conscientious in all stages of his work. He works very hard to make his customers happy and I am more than happy!

Renzo Veliz at SOMAT Remodeling has been a terrific contractor/remodeler. We have had many projects on our house for more than 10 years. This past year, we hired Renzo to start on a couple projects. He recently completed one of our bathrooms and some basement work, and now is about to start our porch. The SOMAT team is reliable, knowledgeable, and overall a joy to work with. We hired them to tear down a wall in our basement, carpet the basement, and update some insulation in our attic. The team showed up promptly on time each day, and left our house spotless after each day of work.
