We called Dylan on a recommendation from a neighbor who knew we were building a new house. Dylan’s was quick to respond with a quote and was very competitive on pricing. We decided to go with Sommer Solutions and their team who have been rock stars. Dylan even took the time to meet with me and my concrete contractor on a Sunday morning on site. Since then they have performed to the highest level in getting our basement dug and site work done even while battling weather and sloppy soil conditions. Dylan and his team are professional, skilled and friendly. I reached out to have Sommer Solutions estimate the cost for a new drain-field for my Moms property. He answered all of my questions, explained specifics for applying for the permit, and assessed my mom's specific needs for her very old drain-field. The job date was scheduled very soon after getting the permit and the drainfield was completed in one day. Keep in mind.. this was done in full blown winter. A lot of companies don't do drain fields during winter. His invoice was just what we expected with no surprise charges. This is our 2nd time using Sommer Solutions (they did a large tree removal for us a few years ago) and we are happy with both experiences with them. Sommer Solutions were great! Their crew arrived on schedule, completed the job efficiently and to our specifications, and even came in under budget. We particularly appreciated their prompt communication; all of our phone calls were returned within a reasonable timeframe. Furthermore, they kept the job site exceptionally clean, which prepared it perfectly for the next phase of our project. They also collaborated effectively with our other subcontractors.
